- Our baffles are more tangle resistant
- We started in waterbeds 1987 22 years ago and been making our mattresses for 1998 11 years. We were prompted to manufacture our own because we unhappy with many other brand baffle failures
- In January 2008 we did a product upgrade to our mattresses so we can now offer a premium grade mattress as well. We believe our 5 year warranty version is second to none and then to top it off, implemented the smart warranty as many customers loose receipts as proof of purchase.

1 Deal direct with the manufacturer direct
2 Mattresses are marked with purchase date, length of warranty, 7 day direct contact number etc, so there is no confusion so if you loose your warranty receipt as proof of purchase, you are still covered unlike most other products. As long as the tag is attached to the valve
3 Our warranties can usually be evaluated over the phone. With many other waterbed agents the mattress needs to be sent to the manufacturer usually interstate for warranty evaluation and possible approval and you can be out of a replacement mattress for a long time
4 Our warranty consists of 3 year industry standard warranty plus a 2 year pro rata to 5 years, the longest available because we believe in our product superiority
